leaky faucets

Anyone know how to fix a leaky faucet? What about if the faucet looks like this? It may sound a tad drastic, I don’t know, but I think the easiest thing to do would be to replace the whole thing… I had thought that I could just turn the screw thing on top, but it’s encrusted in place and won’t budge. What do you think? I really need to fix it soon. I mean, LOOK at those drops! The other side is even worse, it won’t even shut off unless you press it down first… My house needs some serious plumbing maintenance…

Hi Beth. Unfortunately, when it comes to maintenance and anything remotely related to fixing things around the house – I’m pretty useless! Would you like me to get a friend to view your blog to see if he could help? Email me!
